Preheat the oven to 190°C. Lightly grease the tortillas with a brush and microwave for 20 seconds.
Cut each tortilla into 5-inch strips. Spread the cheese on the tortillas and wrap each strip around a sausage.
Using a toothpick, secure the dough to the sausages and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
You can use baguette dough or ready-made dumpling dough if you don't have access to tortillas.
To make the sausage rolls more colorful, it is better to wrap them in aluminum foil.
If desired, brush the sausages with some butter and beaten egg yolk, then wrap the dough around them.
